These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ReEngage OS (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”) software, services, and websites (the “Services”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By registering, you represent that all information provided is accurate and you have authority to bind yourself or your organization.

2. Accounts You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

3. Subscription & Payments Services are offered on a subscription basis. Fees are billed according to your selected plan. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment.

4. Acceptable Use You agree not to: Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes. Send spam, fraudulent messages, or unsolicited communications. Upload viruses, malware, or attempt unauthorized access. Resell, sublicense, or share access without permission.

5. Data & Content You retain ownership of customer data you upload. You grant us a limited license to use the data solely for operating the Services. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with SMS/email regulations (e.g., TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR).

6. Intellectual Property All software, features, designs, trademarks, and content remain the property of ReEngage OS or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your business.

7. Termination We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in prohibited use. Upon termination, your right to access the Services ends immediately.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReEngage OS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

10. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReEngage OS, its officers, employees, and partners from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
